Karen joined Midwest Heritage in 2022 as a Mortgage Loan Originator. She also originates consumer, auto and personal loans. Before joining Midwest Heritage, Karen worked for Hy-Vee as a Clothing Manager and then for a large bank in customer service, translation services, quality assurance and compliance. She is fluent in Spanish and has extensive international work experience in sales and financial operations. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration – Finance and a minor in French from Iowa State University. Her experience allows her to find the best fit for each customer, helping them navigate the loan process and resolve any obstacles.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys cooking, yarn arts and spending time with family.
