Midwest Heritage Scholarship Application

Midwest Heritage is offering one scholarship to a student of $500 to further their education. The recipient of this scholarship will be chosen by Midwest Heritage. Funds will be provided to Chariton High School to be distributed to the recipient of this scholarship.

Applicants must:
• Plan on attending a two or four year college or trade school
• Have a 3.00 GPA or above
• Currently be in their senior year
• Currently in the Chariton Community School District
• Complete application online or email Midwest Heritage at [email protected]
• Complete up to a 500 word essay. This essay should include extra-curricular and community activities, current and past employment experience, financial needs, your future plans, school you plan to attend, and why we should choose you over other applicants.
• Two (2) letters of recommendation (not a family member)

Deadline for application is April 15, 2024
