National Bank and Trust Company of Chariton was established.
Sold to the Hy-Vee Employee Trust Fund and moved to a new building.
A new motor bank was built and an ATM was installed in the original bank for 24-hour banking.
Hy-Vee Foods, Inc. purchased National Bank & Trust Company.
Changed name to Midwest Heritage Bank after moving charter to a federal savings bank.
Midwest Heritage Bank opened its first branch within a Hy-Vee store in Ames, Iowa.
Midwest Heritage headquarters moved from Chariton to West Des Moines, Iowa.
Midwest Heritage made an acquisition to provide full-investment management services.
After adding an insurance division, Midwest Heritage became a full-service financial institution.
Updated branding to reflect offering a full suite of banking, investments and insurance services.
Hy-Vee Financial Services, fueled by Midwest Heritage, launched to expand our footprint.
Expanded the Midwest Heritage footprint by opening a new stand-alone branch in Grimes, Iowa.
