Our system conversion is scheduled to take place Friday, June 19 through Sunday, June 21. During this time your Iowa Savings Bank account information will be transferred to Midwest Heritage’s banking system, and your online and mobile banking experience will change.
As a note, please continue to use your Iowa Savings Bank Card until 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18. You will receive your new Midwest Heritage debit card in the mail in early June. Follow the instructions included to activate your card at any time. Please note the new card will not be live until 2:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 18.
Current Iowa Savings Bank online banking ends at close of business. Start using your new Midwest Heritage debit card. Ensure you download important documents and bill pay information by this date.
Branches will be closed. Iowa Savings Bank online banking will be unavailable as we transition to Midwest Heritage.
New Midwest Heritage online banking begins. Enroll at www.midwestheritage.com. Click the Login button and then select Enroll Now to self-enroll. Download the Midwest Heritage Personal mobile banking app from your app store.

At the close of business on June 18, 2026, interest on all deposit accounts and loans will be calculated through June 21, 2026, in preparation for the system conversion.
At that time, a final statement will be generated for all deposit accounts, regardless of current statement cycle. This includes customers enrolled in electronic statements. All customers will receive a final printed statement reflecting account activity through the conversion period.
Because documents and certain information from your current online banking environment will not transfer to the new online banking experience, we encourage you to download and save any important information prior to June 18, 2026.

Note: Bill Pay payees, eBill connections, linked external accounts, and recurring transfer instructions will not transfer to the new online banking environment and will need to be re-established in Midwest Heritage online banking. Although documents will not transfer, Midwest Heritage will retain and be available upon request.
Your account number will not be changing with this system conversion.
The Iowa Savings Bank routing number will continue to redirect to Midwest Heritage. Automated payments and direct deposits will also be redirected to Midwest Heritage.
After June 18, 2026, we encourage you to update any payroll or direct deposit information to the Midwest Heritage routing number: 073902436.
New Midwest Heritage debit cards are being mailed early June. You will continue to use your Iowa Savings Bank debit card until 2:00am on June 18.
You may activate your Midwest Heritage debit card at any time upon receiving. However, the card will not be available for use until 2:00am on June 18.
You may continue to use your Iowa Savings Bank checks. Your account number will remain the same.
When you reorder checks through Midwest Heritage, your new checks will reflect Midwest Heritage branding and include the Midwest Heritage routing number: 073902436.
All loan automatic payments will remain in place. No action is needed. There are no changes to safe deposit boxes.
