Bryan Moore joined Midwest Heritage in 2026 where he serves as Market President for Central Iowa. In this position, he provides strategic leadership focused on market growth, client relationships, and community engagement. He brings nearly a decade of experience in the banking industry, with a strong background in commercial banking, relationship management, and team leadership.

Bryan is known for his client-first approach and commitment to building meaningful, long-term relationships. His leadership philosophy centers on trust, accountability, and empowering teams—values that support thoughtful decision-making and help deliver strong outcomes for clients, colleagues, and the communities they serve. He is passionate about supporting local businesses and contributing to sustainable economic growth across Central Iowa, with a focus on strengthening communities and creating lasting impact beyond traditional banking services.

Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree from Central College (2010) and earned his Master of Business Administration from Midland University (2017).

Active in the community, Bryan is dedicated to giving back and supporting initiatives that enhance quality of life across the region. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, playing golf, and supporting the Iowa Hawkeyes.
